Three founders, one vision: culinary robotics
JLP TECH was founded as a startup by three co-founders—Juan Luis, Federico, and Ángel—who bring more than 20 years of combined experience in food tech, innovation, business, and investment. We’re not here to talk about the future; we’re here to develop technology that’s useful for day-to-day operations.
Our experience has been shaped across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, working with brands and teams in real-world settings, under real pressure, and with a constant drive to improve our operations. That blend of international vision and operational expertise is the foundation of what we are building today at JLP TECH.
